Love & Flour by Pooja is an online baking education platform founded by Chef Pooja Ganeriwala. We specialise in teaching professional-quality, egg-free recipes through structured workshops — designed for both home bakers and small business owners.
Are the workshops live or pre-recorded? +
Most workshops are taught live, and recordings are available to all enrolled students. Some older workshops are available as recordings of past live sessions. We also have a growing range of fully pre-recorded classes you can access anytime.
How long do I get access to the recordings? +
All workshops conducted up to 2025 come with 2 years of access from the date of the live session. You can revisit recordings, notes and all shared materials during this period.
Do I need any prior baking experience? +
Not at all! Our workshops are designed to be accessible for complete beginners while still offering depth and new techniques for experienced bakers. Each workshop specifies the level so you can choose what suits you.
What equipment do I need? +
Most recipes require basic home baking equipment — a hand mixer, baking tins and standard measuring tools. Detailed equipment lists and ingredient brand recommendations are shared ahead of each workshop.
What is the refund policy? +

Can I access workshops from outside India? +
Yes! We have students from across the world. Workshops are conducted online so you can join from anywhere. Live sessions are scheduled in Indian Standard Time (IST).
